Bioin­for­matics for Biome­dical Resear­chers

The Core Unit for Bioin­for­matics, Data Integration and Analysis (CUBiDA) at Unikli­nikum Erlangen offers specia­lized training designed speci­fi­cally for biome­dical doctoral students and postdocs.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between the bench and the server, giving you the autonomy to analyze your own research data.

• “Basic R for Bioin­for­matics” on 18.06.2026
• “R for Genomics” on 23.06 and 24.06.2026
• “(bulk) RNA-Seq Data Analysis” on 01.07 and 02.07.2026

• Practical Learning: On-site training in dedicated IT facilities with all software provided.
• Expert Instruction: Taught by experi­enced bioin­for­ma­ti­cians in English.
• Small Groups: Limited to 15 parti­ci­pants for perso­na­lized support.
